Choose up to 15 dishes from Ya Ge’s diverse and artisanal dim sum menu, featuring handcrafted dim sum, enticing appetisers, flavourful soups, hearty main courses, and decadent desserts. The ever-changing weekly specials, whipped up fresh at the live station, promise a unique dining adventure with every visit. Each dish is perfectly portioned for individual enjoyment, with servings tailored to match the number of guests at the table.

Ya Ge’s Weekend Dim Sum Brunch celebrates the art of dim sum, blending traditional techniques with modern flair and features an array of exciting new items:
Deep-Fried Red Garoupa Fillet and Mango Roll: a delightful combination of garoupa fillet encased in pastry and accompanied by a swipe of mango sauce. 

Pan-fried Tom Yum Mee Sua Kueh with Fresh Prawn: an inventive tom-yum-flavoured prawn sitting atop a crisp, mee sua ‘toast’.

Abalone Siew Mai: A luxurious take on the classic pork siew mai topped off with a premium slice of abalone.

Teochew Kueh with Cabbage and Crispy Conpoy: steamed to perfection, these beloved parcels are filled with savoury cabbage and feature bits of conpoy on top.

French Toast with Prawn in Traditional Kam Heong Style: a unique twist on French toast, filled with succulent prawn and accentuated by the rich and aromatic flavours of kam heong sauce.

Pan-fried Rice Roll with Sichuan "Lao Gan Ma" Chilli: fried rice rolls given a spicy and addictive edge thanks to the good o’ fairy godmother known to many but have never met.

Steamed Mala Flavoured Pork Siew Mai topped with Baby Octopus: a spicy and flavourful open-faced favourite topped with tender baby octopus, perfect for those who enjoy a kick of heat.

Our Weekend Dim Sum Brunch also features a selection of notable classics that have been perfected by our skilled chefs. Highlights include the Traditional Xiao Long Bao, delicate soup dumplings filled with savoury pork broth and tender minced pork, bursting with flavour in every bite; and the Glutinous Rice with Chicken in Lotus Leaf, where tender chicken and sticky glutinous rice are steamed to perfection in a fragrant lotus leaf. Not to be missed are the Charcoal Barbecued Pork Buns, with a distinctive charcoal hue filled with succulent barbecued pork, offering a sweet and savoury treat as well as the Salted Egg Yolk Custard Lava Buns, filled with a rich, molten salted egg yolk custard that flows with every bite. Each of these classics embodies the essence of traditional dim sum, bringing familiar and comforting tastes to your dining experience at Ya Ge.
