Just in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival, this collection features meticulously-crafted mooncakes in four distinctive flavours, presented in an intricately designed box perfect for joyous gifting.

These delectable treats, priced from S$75+ each box, are made with the finest ingredients, offering a classic taste experience that honours the rich heritage of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

A Culinary Journey through Modern Chinese Flavours
Ya Ge's mooncake collection features four flavours, each designed to evoke the nostalgic taste of traditional mooncakes:
1.    Mixed Nuts: A harmonious blend of almonds, walnuts, melon and sesame seeds with candied melon strips, offering a satisfying crunch in every bite.
2.    Pandan: This mooncake boasts a smooth and creamy texture, delivering the iconic local pandan flavour in a way that is both fragrant and comforting.
3.    Black Sesame: With a grainy texture, this mooncake brings out the rich, nutty flavour of black sesame, providing a unique and indulgent experience.
4.    Single Yolk with White Lotus: A classic favourite, this mooncake combines the velvety sweetness of white lotus paste with the savoury richness of salted egg yolk.

The mooncake collection is housed in an elegant midnight blue box adorned with exquisite matt gold embossing, and lined with plush velvet for added sophistication. Ya Ge's mooncake collection will be available for purchase starting from 20 July 2024. Pre-orders can be made on Ya Ge's E-Shop at https://eshop-yage.myshopify.com, with collections available from 12 August 2024. Complimentary delivery to one location will be extended for orders of 20 boxes and above. The mooncakes can also be purchased directly at Ya Ge restaurant in Orchid Hotel.
