► Solemnisation Package A - S$68++ per person
▪ Pre-event reception includes free-flow soft drinks and choice of 3 reception cocktail canapes
▪ Solemnisation table set-up with tablecloth and 5 Tiffany chairs
▪ 20 chairs arranged in theatre style
▪ Pens and a ring pillow for the ceremony
▪ Wedding tea set available upon request for tea ceremony
▪ Event duration: 3 hours (additional hours chargeable at $100++ per hour)
▪ Minimum guest requirement: 30 persons

► Solemnisation Package B - S$88++ per person
▪ Pre-event reception includes free-flow soft drinks and choice of 4 reception cocktail canapes
▪ Complimentary House Wine: 1 Bottle per table of 10 persons
▪ Solemnisation table set-up with tablecloth and 5 Tiffany chairs
▪ 20 chairs arranged in theatre style
▪ Pens and a ring pillow for the ceremony
▪ Wedding tea set available upon request for tea ceremony
▪ Event duration: 3 hours (additional hours chargeable at $100++ per hour)
▪ Minimum guest requirement: 30 persons

► Additional Services and Charges
▪ Extra chairs: $10++ per chair
▪ House wine: $60++ per bottle (usual price: $70++ per bottle)
▪ Tiger Draught Beer: $38++ per jug (usual price: $45++ per jug)
▪ Wine corkage: $30++ per bottle (for wine) or $50++ per bottle (for hard liquor).
▪ All BYO alcohol must be sealed and duty-paid.
▪ Elegant floral decoration package rental: $500++
(includes gold pedestals, faux floral arrangement, and gold acrylic double Xi signage)

Terms and Conditions
▪ Bookings are subject to availability.
▪ In case of bad weather, outdoor events will be relocated to a covered venue within the pool area,
▪ A complimentary 20% carpark coupon will be provided based on final attendance.
▪ A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required upon event confirmation. 
▪ Deposit will be forfeited if the event is cancelled after confirmation.
▪ The outstanding balance must be settled on the event day.
▪ Package is applicable for events held on or before 31 March 2026
▪ Package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, loyalty programme or offers (blackout dates apply). 
▪ Ya Ge management reserves the right to cancel or amend packages without prior notice.
