Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to assist guests in check-in/check-out process.
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests, and maintain excellent services to them. 
  • To assist in dealing with guests’ complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures.
