Sous Chef

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of the department and to take over in the absence of the executive chef
  • To ensure the food quality is of high standards and consistent. To ensure there is always sufficient supply of all food items
  • To prepare and control food usage in order to minimize the wastage
  • To control the food costs
  • To provide food servcies to all internal and external guests
  • To produce high levels of food quality to satisfy the needs of the guests
  • To instruct and delegate duties to the subordinates and to supervise them

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to assist guests in check-in/check-out process

  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures

Security Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • To maintain peace and order within the Hotel premises and to provide safety and security to hotel guests, patrons staff and their properties
  • To perform patrolling round in all areas of the Hotel premises
  • To conduct investigations on accidents involving disturbance, accidents, losses, thefts, etc. occuring in the Hotel
  • Be familiar with the fire emergency plan. Take necessary action whenever the fire alarm is activated
  • Ensure the smooth flow of traffic in the Hotel's car parl park, frontage and its vicinity
