Executive Chef

Job Responsibilities

  • To involve in planning and controlling of food preparation for main kitchen.
  • To ensure food quality is of high standards and consistent.  To ensure that there is always sufficient supply of all food items.
  • To review and revise/improve the existing recipes and develop new recipes.
  • To maintain food costs within the budgets expectations at all times.

Job Responsibilities

  • To maintain peace and order within the Hotel premises and to provide safety and security to hotel guests, patrons, staff and their properties
